The Lord the Shepherd of His People (A Psalm of David.)
23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. And I will dwell[a] in the house of the Lord Forever.

The Lord the Shepherd of His People’s Health
(A Psalm of a Believer)
23 The Lord is my trainer; I shall not overeat. 2 He made me in His likeness;
He leads me in everything I do. 3 He restores my body and soul;
He leads me in the paths of fitness and well-being
For His name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through this world of fast food and emotional eating, I will not overeat. For You are with me;
Your love and Your hand of mercy, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me of things grown by your hand; You anoint my head with good habits and healthy choices;
My plate is filled with just enough. 6 Surely good health and strength shall follow me all the days of my life. And my body will be a healthy and fit place for you to dwell Forever.
